People or organisations that seek our financial or other support

People who wish to join our Club

People who wish to become friends of Maidstone Club

Maidstone Lions will only collect the information that is necessary for us to do what you have asked of us. We will not share that information with any third party unless it is necessary for us to do what you have asked of us. If we need to share it for any other reason we will not do so without your permission unless we are legally obliged to do so.

If we receive personal information about you from a third party, for instance if they are seeking a grant on your behalf. We will require that third party to prove to us that they have your informed consent to provide Maidstone Lions with your personal information.

If you or a third party has requested a grant or other support from Maidstone Lions any discussion about your application will only involve members of Maidstone Lions Club, yourself or the third party acting on your behalf.

Maidstone Lions will only use the information you have provided for the purpose that it was given. If we wish to use that information for any other purpose, for instance to keep you informed about events that Maidstone Lions are arranging, we will ask your permission to do so.
